Jack Beaumont Competition Terms and Conditions:
- The promoter of this competition is Jack Beaumont, Team GB Olympic silver medalist, who is running the London Marathon on behalf of Chance for Childhood, a registered charity in the United Kingdom (charity registration number 1013587).
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older, except employees of Chance for Childhood and their immediate family members.
- To enter the competition, participants must donate £20 or more on Jack Beaumont’s Just Giving page http://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/jack-beaumont1 and comment on the page specifying which prize draw they would like to be entered into – either the rowing experience or the signed and framed photo of the team.
- Multiple entries are allowed. Each £20 or more donation will count as one entry. Participants may enter as many times as they wish by making additional donations of £20 or more and specifying the prize draw in their comment.
- The competition will be open for entries from the time of the announcement until the closing date of 23rd April 2023 as specified on Jack Beaumont’s Just Giving page.
- The winners will be selected by Jack Beaumont at random from all eligible entries received and is final. Winners will be notified by email and must provide consent to Just Giving to be contacted by email for prize notification purposes.”
- If the winners do not provide consent to Just Giving to be contacted by email or do not respond within 48 hours of being notified, Jack Beaumont reserves the right to choose an alternative winner.
- The rowing experience prize includes the opportunity to row with Jack Beaumont, Tom Barras, and Harry Leask in the Team GB silver medal-winning quad, followed by a meal at the prestigious Leander Club in Henley on Thames.
- The signed and framed photo of the team will be awarded as the second prize.
- The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
- By entering the competition, participants agree to allow Jack Beaumont and Chance for Childhood to use their name, photograph, and/or likeness for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Jack Beaumont and Chance for Childhood reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Just Giving or any other social media platform. Participants release Just Giving and any other social media platform from any liability associated with the competition.
- By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as Chance for Childhood’s privacy policy and terms of use available on their website.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
